Please read the information below before beginning the application process for Northwest Early Elementary School:
  1. Does the parent/legal guardian of the student live in the Northwest Community Schools district? If yes, please proceed; if no, please contact the Central Administration Office at (517) 817-4726 for the Schools of Choice or District Release options.
  2. If you do not have an email address, please come to the school office for an enrollment packet.
  3. Create a login and password to start the enrollment process.
  4. Print out your completed application and attach the required documentation.
  5. Please contact Parnall Elementary School at (517) 817-4705 to schedule an appointment to complete the enrollment process.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION FOR ENROLLING A NEW STUDENT

WHEN ENROLLING A NEW OR TRANSFERRING STUDENT, PLEASE CALL THE PARNALL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL OFFICE FIRST TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT. THE FOLLOWING ITEMS MUST BE BROUGHT WITH YOU TO YOUR APPOINTMENT:

  1. ORIGINAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE
  2. CURRENT IMMUNIZATION RECORDS
  3. PROOF OF RESIDENCY (need to provide all 3):
    1. Mortgage, Lease, or Rental Agreement (a Property Tax Statement is also acceptable if you own your home)
    2. Current utility bill (phone, electric, garbage, cable, etc.)
    3. Current credit card bill, bank statement, car insurance, etc.

If you are unable to provide all of the required documentation noted above, please contact Parnall Elementary School prior to your scheduled appointment.
