FAQ What is a UIC Number? Any student enrolled in a public school (and some private), pre-kindergarten through 12th grade, past or present, has a State of Michigan assigned 10-digit Unique Identification Code. This code is included with the respective student's data for state reporting purposes. UICs were first assigned to students in 2002. How can I get my student's UIC Number? You should contact the school that your student is currently enrolled in. |
